Is BioCog GENIE Right For You?

We combine your DNA, complete medical history, and daily symptoms to pinpoint the precise biological mechanisms driving persistent symptoms and deliver next steps that are specific to you.

Why Unexplained Symptoms Remain a Challenge

Millions of people in the United States live with chronic symptoms that remain unexplained. They consult multiple specialists and go through extensive blood work, imaging, and other tests, yet nothing yields a diagnosis or a clear plan to relieve their symptoms. This leaves individuals still unsure what's causing their symptoms or how to move forward.

BioCog connects every part of your health story to help you find answers. We use cutting-edge medical AI that interprets your full medical history (labs, radiology, specialist notes) and day-to-day symptoms in light of your DNA within one analysis pipeline. Our AI model reviews everything together and finds meaningful patterns that aren't apparent when doctors read records page by page.

1 Symptoms for 3+ Months

Your symptoms have lasted at least three months and may be:

  • Progressive: getting worse over time
  • Fluctuating: coming and going in episodes
  • Persistent: staying the same but not improving
2 "Atypical" or "Non-Specific" Symptoms

Your symptom pattern doesn't fit neatly into one diagnosis or affects different parts of your body at once. You might notice:

  • Persistent fatigue, weakness, or "energy crashes" even after rest
  • Diffuse muscle or joint pain, soreness, or swelling that doesn't have a clear cause
  • Neurological or sensory changes, including tingling, numbness, dizziness, visual shifts, or trouble finding words
  • Flare-ups that happen with stress, exertion, temperature changes, or certain foods
  • Gastrointestinal issues such as bloating, abdominal pain, nausea, irregular bowel habits, or food intolerances
  • Skin, mouth, or mucosal problems (rashes, sores, inflammation) that come and go
  • Heart or autonomic symptoms: racing or slow heart rate, chest tightness, shortness of breath, blood pressure swings, or exercise intolerance
  • Hormonal or endocrine shifts, irregular menstrual cycles, or unexplained weight changes
  • Diagnoses like fibromyalgia, IBS, POTS, chronic fatigue syndrome, dysautonomia, or lingering post-viral issues including Long COVID
  • A family history full of different "undiagnosed" or late-diagnosed conditions

If you've been told your presentation is "medically unexplained," "functional," "atypical," or "non-specific," this likely applies to you.

3 Treatments Haven't Worked

Therapies you've tried haven't provided real relief:

  • Medications such as pain relievers, anti-inflammatories, or targeted symptom treatments either didn't work or helped only briefly
  • Physical therapy, lifestyle changes, or dietary adjustments haven't made a lasting difference
  • You may have tried multiple approaches under a "let's see if this helps" plan without sustained improvement

If treatments aren't helping, it suggests the underlying cause may be different from what's been assumed.

4 With or Without an Existing Diagnosis

You may or may not already have a diagnosis. Having another diagnosis does NOT exclude you. We recognize:

  • No diagnosis yet: despite thorough workup, you still don't have a clear answer
  • Incomplete diagnosis: you have a diagnosis (like migraine, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, POTS, IBD), but it doesn't fully explain your symptoms, how severe they are, or why treatments aren't working
  • Multiple diagnoses: you've been given several diagnoses, but none of them captures the full picture
  • Related or unrelated diagnosis: your diagnosis might be connected to your current symptoms, or it might be separate

Does this sound like you?

"Every test comes back normal, yet I've had progressive symptoms for over a year and nothing changes."
"I've seen multiple specialists who ruled out the serious stuff, but I'm still declining and don't know where to turn."
"I have fatigue, diffuse pain, and odd neurological sensations that don't fit any diagnosis I've been given - no one can connect the dots."
"I was told it's fibromyalgia or IBS, but treatments haven't worked and I suspect there's a deeper cause tied to my biology."
"I've cycled through trial medications with no lasting relief. I want to understand the mechanism, not just mask symptoms."
"After COVID, I've never been the same. It's been months, standard treatments aren't helping, and I need real answers."
How BioCog Helps Find Answers

Our approach follows the example set by the NIH Undiagnosed Diseases Network (UDN) which showed that combining DNA with deep record review resolved 27% of the most complex cases after standard workups had failed.

BioCog trains on NIH-sourced data and compresses that same level of multidisciplinary reasoning into an AI model that delivers the equivalent of 1,000 hours of expert analysis in a fraction of the time.

BioCog builds a living map of how your genes, proteins, pathways, and day-to-day symptoms interact, so you can see how changes in any one of them connect to the rest of your biology. This map allows us to see the mechanistic drivers of your symptoms and may surface testable ideas about what to check next, which therapies may help, or which specialists to involve, giving you a clearer path forward.

Because this approach is centered on your own biology instead of population averages, it can explain why standard test reports came back with no clear abnormalities.
